Wayne Noll has been a full time faculty member in the Department of Marketing in the McCoy College of Business Administration since the fall of 2010. Mr. Noll is currently the Sales Internship Coordinator for the Center of Professional Selling. He also teaches Professional Selling and the Directed Study of Professional Selling. In addition, Mr. Noll is coaching an international sales team that will compete with numerous other universities at Florida State University at the November 2013 International Collegiate Sales Competition. His 2012 sales team finished in the top two both individual and team categories. Mr. Noll is also coaching a sales team to compete in the prestigious State Farm competition to be held in the fall of 2013.

He earned his B.B.A. degree from Texas Christian University in Ft. Worth, Texas. His M.B.A. degree is from the University of Dallas at Irving, Texas.

Mr. Noll has been recognized for his achievement in the classroom as well. He was the 2012 and 2012 Dean Nominee for the Presidential Award for Excellence in Service in the McCoy College of Business Administration at Texas State University. Because of his successful background in sales/sales management from his business career, he has successfully added new high profile corporate sales partners to the already prestigious list. In May of 2011, he was the guest speaker to over 125 Ferguson sales associates in La Grange, Texas.

Mr. Noll began his sales career with Owens Corning Fiberglas, (now Owens Corning), the number one manufacturer of fiberglass building insulation and roofing products. He earned the prestigious "Sales Builder Club" designation multiple times during his tenure at Owens Corning Fiberglas. During his assignment in Little Rock, Arkansas, he was able to witness first hand Owens Corning Fiberglas's leadership in the Energy Conservation movement which was the forerunner to today's energy saving home. The final leg of his successful sales/sales management journey was as a Southwest Regional Sales Manager for Chesapeake Hardwood Products, Inc. He was responsible for all sales in the state of Texas. His company's major customer was the McCoy's Corporation and their 87 stores.

In addition to his professional responsibilities, he is very active in the community. He was a graduate of the Master Leadership Program for San Antonio for Class VI. As a result of this United Way sponsored program, he now serves as an advisory board member for the Salvation Army in San Antonio, Texas and the chairman for the Salvation Army Boys & Girls Club. The Master Leadership Program is a select group of individuals that because of their professional background, are groomed to take leadership positions on numerous nonprofit boards that the United Way serves. He is also a Trailblazer which is the fundraising arm for the Valero Texas Open PGA golf tournament which is part of the FedEx PGA tour. This special organization raises over $9,000,000 per year for children's charities by supporting this prestigious golf tournament. In April 2013, he earned the prestigious Greatest Incremental Increase in Sales award for his efforts in raising money for the tournament charities. In June 2012, he was also recognized for his efforts by earning the "Most New Accounts" award. The tournament also serves as a major project for his Directed Study Class that shows his sales students the importance of sales, prospecting and customer relationship building concepts.
